Help on Rough Rice (RR)
Rough Rice Futures are traded on the Chicago Board of Trade. The
price of Rough Rice is quoted in dollars per hundred weight. The
standard contract size is 2,000 hundred weight. The minimum trading
increment is a 1 cent.
Rough Rice prices are read as follows:
A price of 8.95 would be read as $8.95 per hundred weight
A move from 8.95 to 9.95 would be a difference of $2,000.00 excluding
commissions and fees. The minimum change is 1 cent or $20.00
Formula: $9.95 - $8.95 = $1.00 * 2,000 = $2,000.00
